We offer a variety of yoga and meditation classes as well as health workshops. Our classes offer wonderful enhancements to the care and health of your spine and nervous system. Check in frequently for added classes, teachers, and programs.

A forceful yoga practice that focuses on mastering the individual asanas of yoga. Each sequence is set up from Mountain pose with no practice of the vinyasa flow in between. This is a great practice for beginners, those less flexible, and those wanting to learn the proper alignment and foundation of each asana with the breath connection.
A moving meditation class that connects the breath to the postures where students flow from pose to pose. The sequences build upon each other in this physically challenging practice. Alignment and strength are key principles as students move vigorously through the asanas. Class is an hour in length and will condition your entire body. Recommended for intermediate to advanced practitioners.
Experience relaxation with this practice that utilizes props to bring your nervous system to a deeper level of centeredness and calm. This style of yoga is about healing with the goal to relieve tension. No previous yoga experience required. A majority of the poses are either in the seated or lying position for 5 to 20 minutes at a time.

All classes are 1 hour long. Class size is limited to 12 participants. Schedule a class in advance to confirm your spot; drop-ins are welcome if the class is not full. Taimi Schepis is a Yoga Alliance, 500-hour Certified Yoga Instructor. Practicing yoga since 2008, Taimi obtained her 200-hour and 300-hour yoga certifications at Prana Yoga Studio located in La Jolla, California. Pairing her passion for yoga with health, Taimi has been certified as a Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition since 2013, as well as a Behavioral Change Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), 2021. Along with these certifications, Taimi has been working as a Speech and Language Pathologist for the past 16 years.
Certified in California, Massachusetts, and New York, Taimi has worked with adolescents and adults with a variety of needs related to autism, language learning disabilities, executive functioning, and ADHD. Taimi noticed that all of these conditions had one unifying and underlying theme – anxiety was somehow impacting their progress. Using her own personal experience of dealing with anxiety due to an autoimmune disorder, Taimi married her skills and began to address the whole person.
Using her knowledge of nutrition to reduce inflammation, the practices of yoga and breath work to calm the nervous system, and her skill set of neuroanatomy and communication, Taimi can create a specialized program to help you live anxiety-free. Working with Taimi will provide you with a one-stop-shop to conquer the obstacles that are getting in your way and preventing you from the life you are truly meant to live.
